To start creating your own Keel Reel, follow these steps:
- Log in to the platform and click "Yes, let's continue" when prompted for Keel Reel. You'll be taken to the Real Human webpage to begin your Keel Reel creation.
- Before you start, you can check out the Tips to Get Started for a smoother experience.
- Click "Record Interview" to begin. Real Human will test your audio equipment and offer troubleshooting if needed.
- You can take your time with the interview. Pause and resume whenever you like. Your progress will be saved automatically.
- To pick up where you left off, click "Continue" on your Keel Reel prompt when you log in or access it via your Account Profile > Settings.

After you finish your Keel Reel interview:
- The Real Human Project team will edit and enhance your interview, typically around 3 working days.
- Once they're done, they'll email you the edited interview. Take this chance to review and request any changes you'd like.
- Listen to the full interview and provide feedback efficiently. You can ask for alterations, additions, or deletions until you're satisfied.
- The editing process may involve multiple rounds of feedback and revisions until you're completely satisfied with how you're represented in your Keel Reel.
- Once you approve the final product, your Keel Reel will be made available in your Keel Mind account.
Verify your Keel Reel episode:
- Log in to your account on the Keel Mind platform.
- Navigate to "Settings" in the top right corner. Under the "Account" tab, scroll down to the Keel Reel section.
- Click on the Keel Reel to verify it.
- Peer members looking for support will now be able to listen to it once they match with you.
