To Create a Group Session:
- Navigate to your Keel Mind Dashboard and click on the Calendar Icon to book a session.
- Choose "Group Session," and pick the date for the session.
- Select the session duration from the available options pre-set by your organization. Click on your preferred time slot within the calendar view.
On the secondary configuration window:
- Fill in the necessary details on your Session Title and Description.
- You may edit the session start time by either selecting from the dropdown menu or manually inputting the time. The end time will automatically adjust based on the chosen duration.
Completing the Booking:
- Once all details are finalized, proceed by clicking on "Complete Booking." Review all session details on the confirmation screen.
- Click "Complete Booking," or select "Go Back" to make any necessary changes.
- A notification will appear at the bottom of your screen and the session will automatically be listed in your Upcoming Sessions on the dashboard.
To invite peer members to join your group session:
- Find the session in the "Peers & Sessions" section on your Dashboard.
- Click on the session card to access session details.
- Copy the information by clicking on the “Copy all details” button.
- Paste the copied text onto the body of your email or text message and send to the intended participants.
