When your session is booked and you are ready to join the session, follow the steps below to successfully join your scheduled session.
Step 1: Go to your dashboard and select the scheduled session.
Step 2: A new window will appear, click on "Join Video Session" to join the waiting room.
Step 3: In the waiting room you select your audio and video sources. Peer members can only enter the session once the peer supporter has joined the session. Wait for your peer support to start the session then click on "Join Session" when ready.
