To switch to a new care provider, follow these steps:
1. Click on the box of your current care provider.
2. Select "Unmatch" and provide a reason for unpairing.
3. Confirm by clicking "Yes, unmatch".
After unpairing, you can select a new care provider from the recommended list. If a list is not available, try logging out and then logging back into your account.
NOTE: To add more than one Care Provider, please reach out to your Organization's Administrator.
