Select Learning Hub from the left sidebar of your account dashboard to access the platform’s learning and training resources.
A new tab for the Learning Hub will open up. From the Learning Hub dashboard, click on My Courses from the sidebar to view all the courses available to you.
From the 'Available Courses' section, select the course you wish to access or enroll in. All courses offered by your organization will be listed here.
Here, click on the course card to open and view enrollment options.
Enrollment options for courses may vary depending on the course structure and your organization’s preferences. The available options include:
- Self-enrollment: Learners can register for the course on their own.
- Organization Enrollment: Learners are enrolled by the organization based on predefined criteria, such as completion of previous courses, organization/certification requirement, additional/supplemental training offered/needed, etc.
License Required: Learners must possess the required prerequisites and pre-enroll with the organization to gain access to the course.
Once enrolled, click on the module and then Enter. You may now begin with the training modules.
