There is no Keel Mind Academy button on my dashboard.
Try to log out and log back in, if you still don't se the KMA button, proceed to next step.
To resolve this issue, start with Step 1. After completing each step, close and reopen your browser window. Then, log in to your Keel Mind account to see if the issue is fixed. If not, continue to the next step.

There are no courses showing in my Learning Hub dashboard.
Make sure you're using the same email address to register with both your organization and your Keel Mind account. If the emails match but your course(s) still aren’t showing, please contact your organization to confirm your course enrollment status.
I have completed my current module but am unable to proceed to the next one.
- Please ensure that all topics or segments have been completed. You can verify this by checking for a check mark next to each segment. For guidance, refer to the Module Progress and Completion section.
