The Progress Notes Assistant streamlines the note creation process with options for different standard templates (e.g. SOAP, etc.) for documenting patient progress and helps reduce time consumed by clinicians to create summaries, enabling the clinician to more efficiently write a progress report.
It also allows you to:
- Link notes to the session and easily refer to previous session notes for context.
- Highlight observations and annotations by adding specific transcript excerpts.
- Provides a concise summary of the client's subjective and objective.
- Integrate condensed session analytics focusing on rapport and themes.
The Progress Notes Assistant is not available for Group Sessions.
