Linking your account to your personal or work calendar enables automatic syncing of your sessions.
Using Cronofy, a scheduling automation software, enables syncing your calendar with your personal external calendar.
When a new session is booked, it will instantly appear on your calendar. This makes it easy to view your upcoming sessions at a glance, without needing to log into the platform.
If you have work-related tasks or personal appointments in your calendar, the platform will automatically block those time slots to prevent peers from scheduling sessions during those periods.
When logged into your account, go to Settings then Calendar Settings.
Click the Link Calendar button.
Agree to the Terms of Services and Privacy Policies, by checking the box.
Select your source calendar and choose your account credentials.
Click continue to allow Cronofy to access your calendar.
Once the link has been completed, the status will show as “Active” in the Calendar accounts section.
Once your calendar is linked, your scheduled sessions will appear in your external calendar. Likewise, any events from your external calendar will be automatically blocked on the platform to prevent scheduling conflicts.

We recommend linking the calendar associated with the account you use to log into the platform. Email notifications will be sent to the account used for login.
Note: If you experience an error while booking a session due to a calendar issue, simply unlink and then relink your calendar.
