The optimized new session wizard allows a Service Provider to book a session with a client via a 1 step process. This process is designed to optimize the booking process and reduce the number of steps to set up the session.
- Log Into the Keel Mind Platform
- Select the icon or button to begin from either of these 3 locations:

- Main Navigation Bar: Select the Book Session button to open the session configuration screen.
- Client Details Section: Select on Book Session button to open the session configuration screen.
- Calendar: Click on your preferred date and time on the calendar to book a session.
3. Complete the session configuration form.
Session Type: Allows you to select the type of session that will be set (1 on 1 or Group session).
Calendar Date Selector: Allows you to select the date the session will take place.
Client: Allows you to select the client that will take part in the session.
Supervisor: Allows you to add a supervisor to the session. You can select multiple supervisors for your session to notify them of the scheduled session.
Duration: Allows you to set the session duration.
Time: Allows you to set the start/end time of the session. Click on the time shown on the calendar view the same as shown below to open up the session configuration.
Upon clicking on the time, the session configuration will open.
Review all your details and turn on the features you would like added to your session. To review what these features are, see What are the Session Features?
Add or assign a task to your client. You can choose from any of the available inventories/screening measures from the dropdown and a release time.
Once the configuration is complete, select the Complete Booking button to continue.
4. Session Confirmation
In the session confirmation screen, a Service Provider is able to view the session details. From here the Service Provider will select the “Complete Booking” button to complete the process or select the “Go Back” button to return to the previous screen.
5. Successful Booking
Upon success, the Keel Mind platform will return a confirmation of the booking.
