Enabling the Progress Note Assistant (PNA)
You can enable the Progress Note Assistant in three ways:

When Booking a 1-on-1 Session
After setting the session’s date and time, scroll to "Features" and toggle Progress Note Assistant ON. (Note: Enabling PNA will also activate the Recording and Transcription feature automatically.)

When Editing a Session
If the Progress Note Assistant wasn’t enabled during booking or if the client booked the session, find the session in your dashboard. Click the session card,select the pencil icon (Edit), then toggle the Progress Note Assistant ON.

Before Starting a Session
Double-check session features before you begin. Click on Session Features, enable the necessary options, and click Save.

When Booking a 1-on-1 Session
Creating a Progress Note
There are two ways to create a progress note:
Via the Clients Section

- From the main dashboard, select Clients in the navigation panel.
- Choose the client for whom you’d like to create a note.
- On the client’s detail page, click Progress Notes and then click Create Your Progress Note.
- Select a standard template or choose 'Blank' to start from scratch.
- Link the note to a session. Important: If the note is not linked to a session, the AI Assistant feature will be disabled.
- Configure the AI Assistant’s format – Concise or Verbose – and choose whether to autofill your notes with the information it generates.

Via the Sessions Section

- From the main dashboard, go to Sessions. Locate and select the past session you want to document.***
- Click the Create Progress Note tab to create your progress note.
- Choose a template or select Blank to start from scratch. Progress notes created via Sessions are automatically linked to the session they were created from.
- Configure the AI Assistant’s format – Concise or Verbose – and choose whether to autofill your notes with the information it generates.
- Click CREATE PROGRESS NOTE to begin editing.
- From the main dashboard, go to Sessions. Locate and select the past session you want to document.***
