Here's the step to start your scheduled session.
Step 1: Select the booked session you would like to start and click on it. Please note: As a care provider, you can start your session as early as you want should there be a need to start a session early.
Step 2: Once the session card is selected and clicked, a new window should appear and you can start the session by clicking on "Join video session".
Step 3: Please select allow to use your camera and microphone. You can select the audio and video sources and modify the session feature if you have not enabled the features yet. The session will begin upon clicking "Join Session".
WARNING: Only start or join your session a few minutes before the scheduled time. If you accidentally start a session too early and hang up to begin it later, the session will be marked as completed and removed from your session list. In that case, you’ll need to create a new session to meet with your client.
Step 4: Wait for the client to join and you should now be able to start your session.
