When your session is booked and you are ready to join the session, follow the steps below to successfully join your scheduled session.
Step 1: Go to your dashboard and select the scheduled session.
Step 2: A new window will appear and click on "Join Video Session" to join the waiting room.
Step 3: On the waiting room you select your audio and video sources. Allow the site to use your camera and microphone when prompted.
Wait for your care provider to start the session then click on "Join Session" when ready.
