Role:
There are several statuses to choose from: Active, Pending, Preactive, Pre-Approved, Disabled, Suspended, Terminated. As an Organization Admin, you may define the available statuses according to your organization's needs.
When there is a need to deactivate or reactivate an account, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Once logged in on your organization admin's account, search for the user by email address or first/last name.
Step 2: Select the User from the results. On the right side of the account, you'll see three dots, which you need to click and select "Edit User Status." Select a role status, and click Save.
Please note that once a role is terminated, it cannot be reversed. Therefore, if there is a need to deactivate an account, please mark it as disabled.
Relationship:
To change a relationship status, navigate to the user's relationship page. Find the person you want to unmatch or unpair from the list of relationships, then click on the three dots to edit.
Terminating a relationship means unmatching a user from a pairing. This time, the termination can be reversed.
