Care providers may now upload files to their clients records as supplementary documentation such as the client's history, previous treatments, outcomes, or other necessary information.
To upload a file, go to the client's profile. Select Files tab and click "Attach File(s)" to upload your document. You can drag and drop the file(s) into the box or browse and select it from your computer.
Supported file formats are TXT, CSV, PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, ODT, APNG, BMP, JPG, PNG, and TIFF. with a maximum file size of 10 MB per file. If your file is larger, try splitting it to several files or compress it; for images try to reduce its dimension or color depth.
Once selected, the platform will process and check the file for viruses. You may also select multiple files to upload. Add a description and click "Complete and Attach files."
You may click on the green x button, if you wish to cancel uploading the file.
The file will now appear under the "Files" tab in the client's profile. To view the file, click on the three dots on the right side of the file and download them to your computer.
