Offline sessions are intended for sessions that did not happen within the Keel Mind platform – this could be over a phone call or in person.
Care providers can set up offline sessions to document their interactions. Once an offline session is created, your approval may be required to confirm that you are aware of the scheduled offline session with the client.
To Approve an Offline Session:
- You will receive an in-app and email notification requesting for session approval from your Care Provider.
- Click on "Click Here for More Information" to open the created offline session.
- You will then be taken to the Offline Session page.
- You can now review the details of the session and have the option to approve or reject the requested session.
If a recording has already been uploaded by your care provider, you will have the option to view or play the recording.
Once approved or rejected, a notice will be displayed at the bottom of your screen.
Please note that the offline session will only be created once it is approved. If there are details that need to be clarified with the session, please reach out to your requesting care provider.
