For individual sessions, log in to your account to access the session details and join the session through the provided link. Please note that you can only click the "Join Session" button once your care provider has begun the session.

For group sessions, your care provider will be sending you a code. Ensure you enter the code exactly as provided when prompted. If you have a client account but are joining a group session, make sure you are not logged in to the platform.
