Care providers can now upload media files to offline sessions and play back the recordings just like in online sessions.
Check out our Tips for Recording Audio and Video for Offline Sessions when planning an offline session.
To upload your recording, ensure that your file size is within 1.5GB. Supported file formats are as follows: audio/aac, audio/flac, audio/ogg, audio/mpeg, audio/mp4, audio/webm, audio/wav, audio/x-wav, audio/vnd.wave, audio/wave, audio/x-m4a, audio/x-pn-wav, video/mpeg, video/mp4, video/ogg, video/webm, video/quicktime.
TIP! Use Wi-Fi or an ethernet connection on your PC or laptop when uploading your recordings to the platform.
Open your offline session:
Click on Upload Recording:
Click on Choose Media file and search for your recording.
When your file is being uploaded, you will see each of these statuses on the bottom right corner of your screen.
TIP! Uploading video files can take up a lot of bandwidth, so make sure you won't be going into an online session while the files are uploading.
Please note that if your file encountered any error during this process, i.e. the file is infected or corrupted, your screen will default back to the Upload Recording screen. You can navigate away from the upload screen while your file uploads in the background.
You may now review your recording by clicking on Play Recording. To activate the platform features, i.e. transcription, analytics, and progress notes assistant, see Adding Transcription, Analytics and Progress Notes Assistant to Offline Sessions.
