Registration
As a peer supporter, you will receive a direct registration link. Or, alternatively, you will need an org code provided by your organization administrator.
- To sign up, simply fill in the required fields, including your name, email address, password, phone number, region, and zip code. To register using your Google or Microsoft account, click on the links and follow the instructions.
- Review the terms and conditions, then check the box to confirm your understanding and agreement.
- Once registered, you will receive a verification email at the address you provided. Click the verification link in the email to complete your registration and log in to the platform.
Registration through an Org Code
- Navigate to the Keel Mind platform and click on "Get Started."
- Enter your Org Code. (If you did not submit your email through the Peer Project link you will need a code. This will come from your Organization's head/administrator.)
- Fill in the required fields and review the terms and conditions form and affirm your agreement by checking the box at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on "Continue" to proceed with registration and provide the necessary information. To register using your Google or Microsoft account, click on the links and follow these instructions.
- Check your email for the verification message. Click on the verification link provided, which will redirect you to a new login page
If you're asked for an Org Code after clicking the verification link, click here.
Congratulations! You are now prepared to log in and explore the Keel Mind platform.
Completing your Profile
On your initial login, you'll be guided to fill out the following details:
- Intake Questions: These help tailor your profile to align with the preferences of potential members seeking peer support.
- Photo: Upload a picture of yourself.
- Bio: Craft a brief description to introduce yourself to potential clients.
- Keel Reel: Curate your own personal interview sharing your experiences, struggles, and triumphs, fostering relatability with potential clients. To learn more, click here.
You have the option to complete your profile (excluding intake questions) at a later time or at your convenience. The prompts to fill in these details will appear each time you log in to the platform. Alternatively, you can access them by clicking on your account icon and selecting "Settings."
