Before you start scheduling and accepting sessions, set up your availability to enable your peers to book a session with you. Follow the steps below to manage your preferences.
Go to the upper right corner with your profile and select "Settings." Click on the Calendar Setting and select “New Schedule.”
Start by selecting your preferred session duration — this determines how long each session with your peers will last. Several duration options will be available, set in advance by your organization.
Under Availability, choose your working days by clicking the corresponding days of the week. Then, set your working hours for each selected day. You can also add breaks to your schedule by clicking the plus (+) icon next to each time slot.
For example, you might set your morning hours from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and your afternoon hours from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Set your time zone and create a name for your created schedule. Then click Create. Your new schedule will now be available to your peers.
Please note that if you've previously already set up a schedule, it will now appear as Session with [Your Name]. If your availability was previously closed, a default schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM) has been assigned. You can edit or disable this default schedule at any time.
You can create and customize up to 8 different schedules depending on your preference and future availability. Learn more with our Scheduler: Functions and Features.
Link Your Calendar
Linking your Keel Mind account to your personal or work calendar enables automatic syncing of your sessions.
When a new session is booked, it will instantly appear on your calendar. This makes it easy to view your upcoming sessions at a glance, without needing to log into the platform.
If you have work-related tasks or personal appointments in your calendar, the platform will automatically block those time slots to prevent peers from scheduling sessions during those periods.
Simply click the Link button and follow the succeeding instructions. For a more detailed guide, please see: How to Link Your Personal Calendar.
