To access peer support through the platform, you’ll need either an organization code or a direct registration URL provided by your organization. Please check with your Department Head or Human Resources Manager to see if your organization offers a peer support program with Keel Mind.
Registration through a direct registration URL
Review the Informed Consent form and check "I Agree" to proceed with registration.
Complete the required fields and review and check the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to finalize your registration. If you choose to register using your Google or Microsoft account, follow the prompts provided.
You will receive a verification email. Click the link in the email to verify your account. Once verified, you will be redirected to log in with your registered credentials.
Registration via Org Code
Visit https://app.ca.geta-head.com/app/gah/ for Canada and https://app.us.geta-head.com/app/gah/ for US, and click "Get Started."
Enter your code exactly as provided and click "Join Organization" to continue.
Review the Informed Consent form and check "I Agree" to proceed with registration.

Congratulations! You are now prepared to log in and explore the Keel Mind platform.
Readiness Check and Wellness Hub
Once you're logged into the platform, you can explore tools like the Readiness Check to assess your daily mental well-being, or browse the Wellness Hub for self-help articles, videos, and podcasts on topics that interest you.
Connect with a Peer Support
When you're ready, click on "Get Started" in the 'Peer Supporters & Sessions' section on your dashboard.
Answer the brief questionnaire to provide your preferences.
After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a list of the top matching peer supporters. You can choose any supporter from this list. If you’re looking for a specific peer support, you can search by name or email address. Click "Match Now" next to the supporter you choose.
Once you’ve paired with a peer support, the next step is to book a session.
Book a Session
Click on the calendar icon to book a session with your peer support.
It is important to note that some peer support may not have their availability open for direct booking. In that case, please send a message to your peer support to arrange a session. This allows them to schedule it at a convenient time and prepare adequately for your meeting.
Once you've clicked on the booking button, you will see the booking widget.
On the left part of that window, are different session types that the Peer Supporter had set which you can select.
The dates that have a light-blue shade have open availabilities. When you click on it, you'll be able to see available times for booking.
Once you select the date and time, you can confirm your booking.
Upon successful creation of the session, your peer support will be notified of the session booked and should be visible on your dashboard under the 'Peers & Sessions' section.
Sending a Message to your Peer Support
If your available time is unavailable on the calendar selection, you will need to contact your peer support to confirm availability. They can also book your session on their end.
Joining a Session
When your session is booked and you are ready to join the session, follow the steps below to successfully join your scheduled session.
Step 1: Go to your dashboard and select the scheduled session.
Step 2: A new window will appear and click on "Join Video Session" to join the waiting room.
Step 3: On the waiting room you select your audio and video sources. Wait for your peer support to start the session then click on "Join Session" when ready.
