Outcome measures are industry-standard screening tools used to assess mental health and identify key indicators for care. When used consistently over time, these measures are crucial for monitoring progress, identifying improvements, detecting stagnation, or recognizing any deterioration in a client's condition. They can also reveal patterns, such as triggers, enabling treatment adjustments as needed. Regular tracking provides valuable data that helps guide therapy decisions and offers both the care provider and client a clear view of progress. Additionally, it can motivate clients by highlighting their achievements.
The Keel Mind platform organizes these results into graphical presentations, enabling care providers to quickly gain an overview of a client’s progress. It highlights trends over time, including highs and lows, and allows for easy comparison across different screening measures.
To view this presentation, go to the client's profile and click on the Measures tab. Here, you'll find a list of all completed surveys and inventories, along with their scores and completion dates. The icon allows you to view the full content of the inventory, including the answers to each question.
Click the graph icon to open the visualization window. Select one or more surveys by checking the boxes next to them.
