The Self Assessment Dashboard utilizes the Keel Self Check -- a unique tool that offers a short, guided reflection that provides a real-time snapshot of your well-being. Using AI-powered voice analysis, it listens to how you speak and identifies patterns related to body stress, mental stress, burnout, and fatigue. You can choose to answer a question, describe an image, or read a story aloud.
In team settings, such as companies and organizations, wellness checks on members allow the organization to invest in mental health services and professionals to help with well-being solutions, track wellness trends over time, and intervene when necessary to address issues like stress or other challenges.
Benefits:
The dashboard creates a feedback loop where both members and organizational leaders can understand the impact of stress on performance and well-being. It promotes a holistic approach to wellness, encouraging work-life integration through flexible schedules and support systems. By regularly monitoring progress, both sides can assess the success of wellness initiatives, leading to a healthier, more productive workplace where happiness and satisfaction are prioritized.
Members:
Members can use the Keel Self Check for self-reflection, identifying stress triggers and managing their well-being. It helps them develop better coping strategies, improve communication with peers, and track their work-life balance. By monitoring their mental wellness, members can align work with personal values, boost job satisfaction, and enhance performance. Regular check-ins also support mental resilience and long-term well-being.
Organization:
The Self Assessment Dashboard helps the organization leadership identify stress trends over time, allow adjustments in workloads, set manageable deadlines, and provide support to its members during high-stress periods. By understanding stress, they can tailor wellness programs like stress management workshops or flexible hours. This improves job satisfaction, reduces burnout, and boosts retention. Early burnout detection allows for timely interventions, while the tool helps evaluate the effectiveness of workplace changes and fosters a positive, transparent environment.
