After you finish a session, recordings may take at least 10 minutes to appear under the session details. In some cases, recordings become available within a few hours.
If the recording has not become available after a few hours, please verify if the recording feature was enabled for the session. You can check this by looking at the icon next to the session details. A green icon indicates that recording was turned on, while a greyed-out icon means it was not.

If the recording was enabled but has not become available, please reach out to support for assistance.
