Here are the steps to edit your Profile Intake Questions.
Step 1:
Login to your account and on the upper right select settings.
Step 2:
Select Profile
Step 3:
You may choose your Care Provider's Gender, Age, Ethnicity, Language, and Support Area.
Step 4:
Click "Save"
