Your organization sets the number of clients each care provider manages.
To adjust your workload, simply change this number—decrease it to take on fewer clients or increase it to handle more.
If you need to pause new client intake, set the number to zero. When you're ready, update it to your preferred number and click Save.
To set your preference, go to Settings, then Preferences, to edit.
