This error usually occurs when a Client, Care Provider, or Supervisor has unpaired/unmatched themselves from a relationship. The system still recognizes the previous relationship, so you’ll need to reactivate the account status.
Steps to resolve the issue:
Log in to your Org Admin account.
Go to the "User" tab.
Search for the Care Provider or Client account.
Go to the “Relationship” tab.
Scroll down to “Status” and enable both Disabled and Terminated filters.
The Client or Care Provider account will now appear in the list.
Click on the three dots (…) next to the account and select Edit User Status.
Change the status to "Active" and click Save.
