The Visualization in Analytics feature helps users easily identify areas for improvement and effectively share insights or results with their clients.
Steps:
Sign in to your Care Provider Account.
Select your Client.
Select the Session Tab and choose Past.
Select the Session

Select Analytics
Sentiment, Empathy, Psych Focus, Authenticity, and Cognitive Load are key elements in building strong rapport with clients and are represented by the smile icons.
A green icon indicates the component was effectively demonstrated during the conversation or session, yellow means it was partially displayed, and red means it was not detected.
In this context, green icons reflect your strengths, while red icons highlight areas that may benefit from further improvement.

Rapport - Provides a visual overview of the interaction quality between the care provider and the client. It tracks how rapport and empathy evolve throughout the session, allowing users to observe emotional engagement, communication effectiveness, and key moments of connection. You can select both Client and Care Provider Empathy, then click on any colored line to view the corresponding transcript of the speaker.
Click to display the Session Transcript, matching the color scheme of the selected tab.
Cognition - Displays a visual overview of how the care provider and client process and express their thoughts during the session. It tracks cognitive patterns such as analytical thinking, causation, and insight words, helping users understand reasoning and reflection.
Emotions - Provides a visual overview of emotional expressions and tone used by both the care provider and the client during the session. It tracks emotions such as affective processes, anger, anxiety, sadness, and positive emotions, helping users observe emotional balance and shifts in mood. The Positive vs Negative Emotions pie chart summarizes overall emotional polarity, showing the proportion of positive and negative emotions expressed.
Themes - Provides a visual summary of the main topics discussed during the session. It highlights the top 10 themes and shows each participant’s word contribution, and helps identify key focus areas and engagement levels.
