Approving or Denying a Request from a Care Provider
Log in to your Supervisor Account.
On the left panel, select Care Provider to view your list of Care Providers.
If there are any pending supervisor requests, their profiles will appear for you to review and either Accept or Deny the request.
Find the Care Provider you wish to approve and click Approve to complete the process.
If the changes don’t appear automatically, try refreshing the page.
