Once your Care Provider account is set up, you can add a specific supervisor by following the steps below:
When accessing your newly created account for the first time, a pop-up box will appear prompting you to set up your profile and add your supervisor.
Step 1:
Log in to your Care Provider account.
Upon logging in, you’ll first see the Keel Reel setup page. You may choose “I’ll do it later” to skip this step.
Next, a pop-up box will appear prompting you to add your supervisor.
If you’ve already accessed your account multiple times and the pop-up box no longer appears, please follow the steps below:
Log in to your Care Provider account.
Go to Account Settings.
Under the Account tab, scroll down to locate the Supervisor section.
Click the dropdown arrow and select your supervisor from the list.
