If you are unable to log in
From the login page select Forgot Password.
Enter your e-mail address then click Submit. Ensure that you are entering your email correctly, with no spaces or typos.
You'll be prompted that you'll receive an email.
Check your email and look for the email with the subject line Reset Password from no-reply@keelmind.com
Once you click on the "Link to reset credentials" link, you will be redirected back to the login page and you will need to set a new password.
After successfully entering a new password, you will be able to log in.
I did not receive the password reset e-mail
- Search for the email from no-reply@keelmind.com or subject line: "Reset credentials"
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Add *@keelmind.com to your e-mail provider's whitelist.
- Ensure that you use the correct email address free of errors or typographical errors.
