Notifications are alerts or reminders displayed on your account to inform you about various events like a new client pairing, activities like a newly booked session, or updates like new features added to the platform. They serve to keep you informed about important information without requiring you to actively check for updates.
Messages allows you to reach out to your care provider or clients outside of the session.
You can find the In-App and Message Notifications on the upper right side of your account:
In-App Notifications:
Click on the notifications bell icon, to see all notifications. Click "Click here for more information" to view the full details of the notification. Tasks refer to surveys or measures assigned to clients. Once a task is completed, a notification will appear here to keep you updated.
After reviewing the messages, select the checkboxes next to each message and click "Mark as Read" to clear your notification alerts.
Message Notification
Click the envelope icon to check and send messages to your care provider, client or supervisor.
Email Notifications
In addition to in-app notifications, you will also receive email alerts for the following updates.

Linked Calendar View
Once your calendar is linked to the Keel Mind Platform, any sessions booked by clients will automatically sync and appear on your calendar.
