Pairing Clients, Care Providers and Supervisors
Ensure that both users have their role statuses set to "Active" before pairing. If a user's role status is not active, update their role status to "Active" prior to proceeding with the pairing. See: How to Edit Role and Relationship Status
Step 1: Go to the User tab and select the user you'd like to pair.
Step 2: Once the account profile opens, select "Relationships" tab and on the right side select "New Relationship".
Step 3: Search for the user you'd like to pair with by using the search box and click on the name of the user below the results.
Step 4: Then simply select the relationship (client, care provider, or supervisor) and save the relationship to apply the pairing. Once done, they can now both see each other on their dashboard.
