There are two ways to assign a task, you may do so while booking a session, or, independently.

To assign a task independently, follow these steps:

Go to the Client Profile
Navigate to your client’s profile and click on the Tasks or Measures tab. Click on Assign a Task.Note: The Tasks section displays all tasks previously assigned to your client, including task type, completion status, date sent, and due date. The Measures section shows all completed surveys, along with the corresponding scores and completion dates. You can also access the questionnaires and your client’s responses to these surveys.

Choose a Task Type
You have two task options to assign:
Surveys & Activities: Select the questionnaire or screening measure you would like the client to complete.
Wellness Content: Go to the Wellness Hub to find the content you wish to share. Copy the URL and paste it into the Article Link field. Wait for the link to be verified as valid. -
Set Due and Expiration Dates
Choose a due date and time, as well as an expiration date (ensure the expiration date is later than the due date). -
Send Request
Click Send Request to notify your client about the assigned task. -
Task Completion
When a client completes a survey, you'll receive a notification in the "Task" section of your Notification Center. Additionally, when Wellness Content is viewed, its status will be marked as "Complete" under Tasks.
