Invalid request params payload
- When trying to connect with a Care Provider for the first time, after clicking "Get Started" you may encounter this error message.
- Click the dropdown arrow to expand the menu > Go to Settings > Click on the Profile tab > Update your Intake Questions > Make any necessary edits and Save your changes.
- Sign out of your account, then log back in and try to connect again.
- If the issue persists, try logging in from a different device, such as a laptop, desktop, or mobile phone.

No valid calendar ID to create an event with Cronofy
- You may see this message when booking a session with a care provider who has an external calendar linked to their session calendars.
- Message your care provider to let them know you're unable to book due to an error with their calendar. You can also ask them to schedule the session on your behalf.

Event dates are invalid due to user availability
- You may see this message when booking a session with a care provider with closed or limited availability at the time slot chosen for the booking.
- Try a different date or time slot.
- Message your care provider to book a session at a date/time of convenient to both of you.
